MANILA — The state weather bureau on Thursday said the weather today, Thursday, All Souls’ Day, in Metro Manila and most parts of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated showers or thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the shear Line affecting the eastern sections of Northern Luzon and Central Luzon will result in overcast conditions with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in provinces like Batanes, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon, as reported in the 4:00 a.m. weather bulletin by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Additionally, the northeast monsoon, locally known as “amihan,” will influence the remainder of Northern and Central Luzon, leading to cloudy skies with rainfall in the Ilocos Region, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley region.

In terms of wind conditions and sea conditions, Northern and Central Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters, while the rest of the archipelago will encounter light to moderate winds with slightly to moderately rough seas.

Metro Manila: 24°C to 31°C
Baguio City: 17°C to 22°C
Laoag City: 25°C to 32°C
Legazpi City: 26°C to 33°C
Metro Cebu: 26°C to 32°C
Puerto Princesa City: 25°C to 32°C
Metro Davao: 26°C to 33°C.
