MANILA — Easterlies are forecasted to influence the eastern part of the Philippines, as per the latest report from the weather bureau.

According to the 4 a.m. bulletin released by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Administration (PAGASA), Metro Manila and the rest of the nation can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

PAGASA has cautioned about the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, which could lead to flash floods or landslides.

Northern Luzon and most areas of the country will experience light to moderate winds and coastal water conditions.

Sunrise is anticipated at 6:19 a.m., with sunset following at 6:01 p.m.
