MANILA – According to the latest bulletin from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the easterlies are expected to maintain their influence, resulting in cloudy skies and occasional showers across various regions of the country.

According to Pagasa’s update on Saturday (23 March 2024), Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Norte are anticipated to experience cloudy conditions accompanied by scattered rain showers and possible thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and other parts of the nation can expect a mixture of partly cloudy to overcast skies, with isolated instances of rain showers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds, alongside moderate to rough coastal waters, are forecasted for the eastern areas of the country. Conversely, lighter to moderate winds are expected across the rest of the archipelago, with seas ranging from slight to moderate.

Temperature-wise, Metro Manila will see a range of 25°C to 31°C, Baguio City 15°C to 23°C, Laoag City 23°C to 32°C, Legazpi City 24°C to 32°C, Metro Cebu 26°C to 31°C, Puerto Princesa City 25°C to 32°C, and Metro Davao 25°C to 33°C.
