SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today (03 Oct 2023), the center of the eye of Typhoon “JENNY” {KOINU, international name} was estimated based on all available data at 360 km East of Basco, Batanes (20.2°N, 125.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 165 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 205 km/h.

It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
