THE provincial government of Cotabato plans to distribute bicycles to high school students for them to use in going to school.
The plan was discussed during the Provincial School Board meeting led by Governor Emmylou “Lala” Taliño-Mendoza.
It will be funded under the Special Education Fund.
Taliño-Mendoza ordered Cotabato Schools Division Superintendent Romelito Flores to scout for recipients of the program.
Also discussed was the reversion of P14,299,208.93 unused funds for programs and projects funded by the provincial government of Cotabato under the SEF.
The remaining funds will be allocated for other priority programs to be implemented by the province for the education sector in the province.
