MANILA — Most parts of the Philippines will experience isolated rain showers on Friday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

The Cordillera, Cagayan Valley regions, and Aurora province, however, are likely to face moderate to heavy rains due to the influence of the northeasterly wind flow. These areas should brace for possible flash floods and landslides.

The rest of the country will see rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms, with light to moderate winds and seas. PAGASA also noted that no low-pressure area is being monitored for potential cyclone development.
