The Department of Agriculture (DA), in collaboration with Farm Fresh, a recently harvested produce brand, initiated the ‘Adopt-A-Town, Adopt-A-Farmer Program’ at the Bureau of Soils and Water Management Convention Hall on Friday, October 13, 2023. This event took place along Visayas Avenue in Quezon City and aimed to provide marketing support for local farmers.
Farm Fresh’s inaugural project, “Instant Chopsuey and Pinakbet,” was officially introduced during this event. The primary objective behind this project is to minimize, and ideally eliminate, post-harvest losses and the surplus of agricultural produce.
