DOH WARNS PUBLIC AGAINST FAKE FB PAGE USING PHOTOS OF OFFICIAL

MANILA — The Department of Health (DOH) has warned the public against social media pages using photos of its spokesperson and Assistant Secretary Albert Francis Domingo.

“The DOH strictly prohibits officials and employees from supporting private interests, ensuring the Department remains neutral and free from commercial affiliations or endorsements,” the DOH said in an advisory on Thursday, January 23, 2025.

“As such, we emphasize that these pages are fake and not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department or its officials.”

The DOH also mentioned that it has flagged the page to the Department of Information and Communications Technology for removal.

“The public is urged to follow only the official DOH social media handles listed below,” the advisory added.
