MANILA – Cloudy skies with rains are expected across the country due to the combined effects of easterlies and the northeast monsoon, or “amihan,” according to PAGASA’s 4 a.m. bulletin on Sunday.
Caraga, the Davao Region, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi will experience scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by easterlies. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will feel cooler temperatures with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
The rest of the country can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms, also brought by the easterlies.
Northern and central Luzon will experience moderate to strong northeast winds, resulting in moderate coastal waters. Temperatures will range from 22.2°C to 31.6°C.
Stay updated on weather conditions and prepare for possible rains in affected areas.
