Their grievances found expression on banners and signs, reading messages such as: “Let’s Eliminate the Confidential Intelligence Fund of VP Sara Duterte, and Allocate the Resources to Essential Student Services,” “Enhance the Education Budget, Implement Immediate 50,000 Salary Raise,” and “Elevate the Education Budget to 6% of GDP,” among other similar appeals.
