MANILA — Newly appointed Chief of Police (COP) of Valenzuela City, PCol. Nixon M. Cayaban and his colleagues Francis Soriano, Vin Pacia, Adelberto Clemente, and PEMSgt. Michael Saul Ramos, visited Jose Marie Bengotchea, the President/CEO of Jhoechem Environment Corporation.
The purpose of the visit was to foster good and proper coordination between the business community, the police force, and especially the citizens under his jurisdiction.
