MANILA – Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will continue to affect various parts of the country on Sunday (13.Oct 2024), according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, PAGASA reported that Batanes and the Babuyan Islands will experience cloudy conditions with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the shear line.

Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon provinces will also see cloudy skies with intermittent rain showers and thunderstorms caused by easterlies. Residents in these areas are warned of possible flash floods or landslides from moderate to heavy rains.

Meanwhile, the Bicol Region and the rest of Cagayan Valley will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, also due to easterly winds.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience generally fair weather, with partly cloudy skies and isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA also noted that light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail across the country.

Metro Manila: 24°C to 32°C

Baguio City: 17°C to 24°C

Cagayan de Oro City: 24°C to 33°C

Iloilo City: 25°C to 33°C

Laoag City: 24°C to 31°C

Legazpi City: 24°C to 32°C

Metro Cebu: 25°C to 33.
