ISABELA State University partnered with Guizhou Minzu University in Guyang, China, to strengthen the internationalization of Philippine Higher Education.

ISU President Ricmar Aquino said that the university is expanding its global connection to promote an inclusive academic environment in order to effectively cultivate international talents.
“We embrace education cooperation to harness an operational blueprint that would beef up our institutional capacity to contribute to the global framework of development with inclusivity and relevancy,” Aquino said.
Commission on Higher Education Chairperson J. Prospero “Popoy” De Vera III reiterated the importance of PH HEIs’ internationalization to improve the quality of higher education.
