MANILA — Salvador Medialdea, the former executive secretary of the Philippines, was urgently transported to the hospital from the detention facility of the International Criminal Court (ICC) where former President Rodrigo Duterte is currently detained.
Senator Robin Padilla accompanied Medialdea in the ambulance en route to the hospital.
