MANILA — The Supreme Court (SC) has rescheduled the oral arguments on petitions regarding the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) funds, the General Appropriations Act (GAA), and the Maharlika Fund.

In a press conference, SC Spokesperson Atty. Camille Ting announced that the oral arguments on PhilHealth will now be held on April 2 and 3, 2025, with April 4 as a possible additional date, in Baguio City. This was initially set to continue on April 29.

The oral arguments on the GAA are scheduled for May 19, while those on the Maharlika Fund will take place on July 8 and 9. Previously, the oral arguments for the GAA were set for April 1, and for the Maharlika Fund, on April 22.

The third round of the PhilHealth oral arguments took place on March 4.
