MANILA – The presence of a northeasterly surface windflow impacting Northern Luzon is expected to bring about partly cloudy conditions with sporadic rainfall to various regions of the Philippines, as reported by the weather bureau on Saturday.
In its 4 a.m. weather update, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) indicated that Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao, and Abra can anticipate partly cloudy to occasionally overcast skies with intermittent light rain due to the influence of the northeasterly surface wind flow.
Meanwhile, for Metro Manila and the rest of the country, partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms are expected, as per PAGASA’s forecasts.
Throughout the nation, light to moderate winds are anticipated, alongside relatively calm to moderately wavy coastal waters.
