MANILA – Three weather systems will bring rain to various parts of the Philippines on Wednesday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Easterlies: Caraga and Davao Region will see scattered rain and thunderstorms.

Shear Line: Eastern Visayas, Sorsogon, Masbate, Aklan, and Capiz will experience scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms.

Northeast Monsoon (Amihan): Cagayan Valley, Quezon, Aurora, Apayao, and the rest of Bicol Region will face rain showers.

PAGASA warns that moderate to heavy rainfall could lead to flash floods and landslides in affected areas. Light rains will also continue across the rest of Luzon.

In addition, northern Luzon will experience strong winds and rough seas, while Central Luzon and the eastern parts of Southern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas. The rest of the archipelago will see light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas.

No low-pressure areas are currently being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
