In an official announcement, Mayor Honey Lacuna of Manila has confirmed the initiation of the distribution process for monthly allowances dedicated to solo parents. Beneficiaries are encouraged to refer to the Manila Department of Social Welfare (MDSW) social media accounts for the detailed schedule of allowance distribution in time for Christmas.
Moreover, Mayor Lacuna emphasized that dedicated offices will be available to address inquiries from Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) who are recipients of the monthly financial assistance.
