BACOLOD CITY, Philippines — The vibrant world of reggae music mourns the untimely demise of Kokoi Baldo, also known as Juan Manuel Ubaldo, who lost his life in a fatal vehicular accident in Bacolod City early Friday (08 Dec 2023) morning.
At 44 years old, Ubaldo met his tragic end while attempting to overtake a vehicle along the Circumferential Road in Barangay Mandalagan at 1:30 a.m. on Friday. In a devastating turn of events, he lost control of his motorcycle and was fatally struck by a 10-wheeler truck loaded with sugarcane.
