The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that a low-pressure area (LPA) located 750 km east off Guiuan, Eastern Samar is expected to bring scattered rain over most parts of the Philippines.

According to the state weather bureau’ 4 a.m. bulletin on October 11, 2023, Metro Manila, the Visayas, Mindanao, Bicol Region, Mimaropa, and Calabarzon should anticipate cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

The rest of Luzon can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

The entire country will experience light to moderate wind conditions and slight to moderate seas.

PAGASA is also keeping an eye on Typhoon Bolaven, which is currently outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
